The hotel offered decent amenities, including a nice back yard where you can kick back and relax with friends. The location was also pretty convenient, with easy access to key landmarks around the city. Plus, some of the rooms had a balcony with a beautiful view, which made the stay even more worthwhile.
The staff were not the friendliest bunch and were quite unaccommodating. On the day of departure, they switched off the key card before our check-out time, and I was locked out of my room.

We stayed at a hotel located in a convenient area with a metro station nearby. It's not right in the city centre, but the metro system is super easy to use. the rooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. the staff was friendly and provided useful information during our stay. the breakfast was good and filling. We loved hanging out in the back yard, which was the perfect spot to work or relax. the rooms with balconies offered stunning views.
We experienced a mishap with the key card. At the time of check-out, the staff had switched off the key card, which made it difficult to enter the room.

During my recent Xmas stay, I appreciated the fact that there were some indoor activities offered to guests, which was great for the cold weather. the location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was in close proximity to a lively area, making it easy to explore even during the busy holiday season. Finally, a huge bonus was the beautiful and cozy common area, which was perfect for relaxing and hanging out with friends.
I found that the staff was not very accommodating or helpful when I encountered a problem with my key card.

As someone who stayed here recently, I must say the back yard was the highlight of my stay. It's an ideal spot to hang out with friends or work quietly while enjoying the garden view. Additionally, some rooms have balconies overlooking the back yard, and I highly recommend requesting them. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch and the staff was very helpful with any requests. this hotel had great amenities, including parking and easy access to public transportation from a metro stop nearby. Although it wasn't located right in the city center, it was still conveniently situated in a prime location.
Nothing, all was good.
